About the work
My paintings begin with places, people and the small details that hold a story. Working with vivid colour, pattern and layered mark-making, I explore belonging, memory and community—often allowing observation and imagination to meet on the same surface.
Each work develops through drawing, painting and instinctive response. The finished pieces are joyful and richly detailed, inviting viewers to look closely and discover their own connections within them.
